Worst company I have ever come in contact with.

This company has misrepresented it self, misrepresented what the insurance will cover and lied about what it will cover, when I canceled March 13 2023. After 13 days of coverage. They said they would refund my 9954.36, It is now April 26 2024. Not only have they not refunded they took another 9954.36 from my credit card in November 2023, I had to challenge the charge and cancel my credit card while on vacation. They tried to take another 9954.36 in April of 2024, thank goodness that they couldn’t. I have talked to costumer service or waited on hold at least 10 times per month. The head person in customer service is Tonya she told me in July I would get a refund the end of July for 7500.00. I had never used the insurance but I guess they thought a thousand a week was justifiable for 2 weeks of insurance. But that money never came. I have been treated with disrespect and irritation. They will not send me any emails about conversation had or anything in writing what so ever. I have talked to several people and they all refer me to Tonya, no body will tell me anything. I am a senior citizen and can’t afford for to loose this money. I have reported them to the better business bureau, attorney general, and the insurance commissioner. They can’t do anything because this company won’t respond. They keep sending emails for payment which is unbelievable, I canceled over a year ago have continued to talk to them and tell them I want a refund they continue to give me lip service, and they have told me they can’t ensure somebody on Medicare. So I truly do not understand why they continue to harass me and not give me my refund. Stay away do not buy insurance from this company.

This insurance company has been a headache for me. I've been trying to cancel my policy for two months now. I've talked to several representatives on the phone who assured me they would close my account, but then I keep receiving emails asking me to fix my account and pay. It's frustrating to keep getting reminders to pay for an account I've already canceled. Even though Tonya seemed helpful at first, it's been two weeks and I've had to speak to other agents since then. They keep telling me my account is closed as of April 30, 2024, but I still get threatening emails saying I'm past due when I owe nothing. I'm considering reporting this company to the insurance commissioner for Washington because I'm starting to believe they're a fraudulent company.

Paying four months ahead wasn't

Paying four months ahead wasn't my choice, and I didn't agree to it. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but it's been futile. I haven't been able to speak to anyone yet. I asked for copies of invoices, but it seems like they're ignoring my requests. Even if you manage to talk to someone, it's brief, and nothing gets resolved. Their policy doesn't cover basic needs, and there's no prescription coverage either. After reading other reviews, I regret choosing this company.

If I could not give any stars I would. Upon cancelling policy company employee told me how to write and email to her confirming we cancelled. Because it was written the way she told me it was denied and they continued to bill me. Now will not refund me due to this. No help given AT ALL upon calling them. No complaints option. No request for refund. Highly unsatisfying company. Horrible service. Would NOT recommend this crappy if you wanna call it a business. I call it thieves.

The company needs to improve its refund process. Tonya was helpful, but getting my refund has been a hassle. I've already paid for two plans but still waiting on a refund for the unsuitable one. Each time I call, I'm just told it's "in process," without any specifics. It's frustrating, especially since most of the issues are from their end.

Poor sales representation, poor plan information, poor phone communication, poor customer service results, failure to return phone calls,plans over priced. One of the worst experiences for a product in my life. Tonya talked the talk but failed to walk the walk. If "zero" stars was an option it would be appropriate.

This company tricked me into giving

This company tricked me into giving them my credit card details on the phone, and they charged $1,800 to my bank card which was already marked for fraud. This is unacceptable. I will report this to the authorities and demand a refund.

After 3 months of trying to cancel

After 3 months of trying to cancel my policy and stop the emails and text I finally had to put a hold on my card because no one was able to help. They just pushed me off. Kirby was great, nice and extremely helpful.
