PAID 18000.00 AND NO INSURANCE COVRAGE PAID 18000.00 AND NO INSURANCE COVRAGE

BOUGHT THIS POLICY 11/08/2023 FOR 9997.00 STARTED 11/15/2023. I WAS TOLD THAT MY HUSBANDS SURGERY WOULD BE COVERED IN DECEMBER. THEY CLAIM MY COVERAGE WAS CANCELED ON 11/30/2023 BY S&S AND I WAS SENT A EMAIL THAT A NEW POLICY OPITMED STARTED ON 1/1/2024 BUT NOV THRU DECEMBER WAS COVERED UNDER THE FIRST POLICY. ON 3/13/2024 I WAS CALLED BY ALBERT GROFF AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO PAY 8700.00 TO UP GRADE MY INSURANCE FOR A BETTER PLAN THAT WAS LESS MONEY AND WOULD GET A REFUND OF 6233.00 BY MARCH 22ND 2024 AND THAT IT NEEDED TO BE DONE THAT DAY. I TOLD HIM I WAS GETTING BILLS FROM THE HOSPITAL APROX 167,000.00 FOR THE SURGERY. HE SAID HE WOULD GET ME OVER TO CUSTIMER SERVICE AFTER I PAID FOR THIS NEW POLICY. WHICH I DID. THEN HE TRANSFERD ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING AND CALLING AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK AND CALLED EVERY COMPANY THAT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. NOW THEY TELL ME THAT IT'S SEQURO MEDICO LLC QUICK HEALTH OPITMED . I GET AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK A EMAIL STAING THEY NEED TO REVIEW MY POLICY AND I HAVE A OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF 8599.00 I CALL AND THEY SAY JUST DISREGUARD BUT A NEW PLAN IS AVAILABLE BUT I NEED TO PAY 8700.00 I TELL THEM I'M NOT PAYING ANYTHING AND WHERE IS MY REFUND? AGAIN AROUND THE PHONE CIRCUIT AGAIN AND NOTHING THEY PROMISE ME NOW 9997 THEN 18000.00 THEN 13724.00 BUT EERYTIME I NEED TO PAY THEM FIRST. NOW I HAVE NO INSURANCE WHEN THE PHARMACY CALLED , YET WHEN I CALL THEY SAY YES, AND THEY CAN FIX IT BUT I ND TO PAY 8700.00 AND THEY WILL FIX IT AND GET MY REFUND THAT DAY. I TELL THEM NO MONEY. I HAVE NOW FILED WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE INSURANCE COMMISSION SENT THEM 50 PAGES OF EMAILS PHONE CALLS AND RECEIPTS. NOW I AM FILING WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND FILED WITH THE FTC. I WOULD LIKE EERY PERSON THAT HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT. NOW I CAN'T AFFORD THE PRESCRIPTIONS XAREL COSTS 700.00 PER MONTH AND UNPAID MEDICAL BILLS OF 168,000.00 AND IM OUT 18,000 IN INSURANE PREMUIMS WHICH WAS NEVER COVERED ALBERT GROFF AND THIS COMPANY HAS NO LICENSE IN WASHINGTON STATE, OREGON , PA, INDIANA, NORTH CAROLINA DELAWARE AND A FEW OTHERS LAWSUITS LAMBERT/ BROKERS OF AMERICA LOOK UP ALBERT GROFF INSURANCE AGENT ONLINE. I WAS TREATED AWFULL BY THIS COMPANY AND THEY NEED TO PAY. ALL OF THEM ALBERT TARA DEZRA JOSH STEVE ECT. THEY ALL HAVE DONE NOTHING

Paying four months ahead wasn't my choice, and I didn't agree to it. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but it's been futile. I haven't been able to speak to anyone yet. I asked for copies of invoices, but it seems like they're ignoring my requests. Even if you manage to talk to someone, it's brief, and nothing gets resolved. Their policy doesn't cover basic needs, and there's no prescription coverage either. After reading other reviews, I regret choosing this company.

This insurance company has been a headache for me. I've been trying to cancel my policy for two months now. I've talked to several representatives on the phone who assured me they would close my account, but then I keep receiving emails asking me to fix my account and pay. It's frustrating to keep getting reminders to pay for an account I've already canceled. Even though Tonya seemed helpful at first, it's been two weeks and I've had to speak to other agents since then. They keep telling me my account is closed as of April 30, 2024, but I still get threatening emails saying I'm past due when I owe nothing. I'm considering reporting this company to the insurance commissioner for Washington because I'm starting to believe they're a fraudulent company.

This company has misrepresented it self, misrepresented what the insurance will cover and lied about what it will cover, when I canceled March 13 2023. After 13 days of coverage. They said they would refund my 9954.36, It is now April 26 2024. Not only have they not refunded they took another 9954.36 from my credit card in November 2023, I had to challenge the charge and cancel my credit card while on vacation. They tried to take another 9954.36 in April of 2024, thank goodness that they couldn’t. I have talked to costumer service or waited on hold at least 10 times per month. The head person in customer service is Tonya she told me in July I would get a refund the end of July for 7500.00. I had never used the insurance but I guess they thought a thousand a week was justifiable for 2 weeks of insurance. But that money never came. I have been treated with disrespect and irritation. They will not send me any emails about conversation had or anything in writing what so ever. I have talked to several people and they all refer me to Tonya, no body will tell me anything. I am a senior citizen and can’t afford for to loose this money. I have reported them to the better business bureau, attorney general, and the insurance commissioner. They can’t do anything because this company won’t respond. They keep sending emails for payment which is unbelievable, I canceled over a year ago have continued to talk to them and tell them I want a refund they continue to give me lip service, and they have told me they can’t ensure somebody on Medicare. So I truly do not understand why they continue to harass me and not give me my refund. Stay away do not buy insurance from this company.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! They said my doctor “should” accept my insurance, but that wasn’t the case. They kept charging my card even though I paid for six months already. The next month, they charged me again and said they’d refund me but never gave a clear date. I waited 7-10 business days, but when nothing happened, I called. A man told me I’d get the refund by the end of that week, but it didn’t come. Then I was told I’d get it within 30 days, and when that failed, they said it would be 30 business days. That didn’t happen either, and they used the Microsoft crash as an excuse. I gave them another two weeks, still nothing. It’s been about 4 months now, and they charged me another 1500$. I had to get a new card even though they said they removed the old one. They charged me from another department with a slightly different number. I called last night and was on hold for two hours. Today I’m still on hold with no response. I’m out 5000$ and my credit score dropped. Find insurance somewhere else.

If I could not give any stars I would. Upon cancelling policy company employee told me how to write and email to her confirming we cancelled. Because it was written the way she told me it was denied and they continued to bill me. Now will not refund me due to this. No help given AT ALL upon calling them. No complaints option. No request for refund. Highly unsatisfying company. Horrible service. Would NOT recommend this crappy if you wanna call it a business. I call it thieves.

Poor sales representation, poor plan information, poor phone communication, poor customer service results, failure to return phone calls,plans over priced. One of the worst experiences for a product in my life. Tonya talked the talk but failed to walk the walk. If "zero" stars was an option it would be appropriate.

The company needs to improve its refund process. Tonya was helpful, but getting my refund has been a hassle. I've already paid for two plans but still waiting on a refund for the unsuitable one. Each time I call, I'm just told it's "in process," without any specifics. It's frustrating, especially since most of the issues are from their end.
