I've been insured with SW for over 4 years now while traveling around the world. The customer service is always willing to answer every question (even the irrelevant ones :D) and they're very fast! Together with the new complaint approval system, it's suddenly a joy to deal with my insurance! certainly never expected that.

I strongly advise avoiding SafetyWings at all costs. Dealing with their claims process has been a complete nightmare. They declined my claim for stolen luggage over two months after I submitted it, despite their claim to cover such incidents. Their policy is essentially a scam. I eventually resorted to using travel insurance from my credit card, which provided a far more reliable and efficient service. Stay away from SafetyWings.

I received a prompt and clear response from the claim team regarding my remittance. However, due to government foreign exchange regulations, I faced difficulties receiving the funds. The contact person was patient and helpful throughout the process until I successfully received the funds. My only issue was with the system's information collection, as I had to provide my account details on the website twice, and it didn't seem to work, requiring email communication with the claim team. Overall, a positive experience marred by a minor system glitch.
