My case worker was great. She helped me with a really good application. Social security said it was one of the best they'd seen in a while. It took a while, but not because of Allsup. Chaquilla did a great job from start to finish. Thanks for helping me through a tough time, Chaquilla.

Before I was approved for SSDI, Allsup was really anxious to help and answer questions. Now, after I have been approved, I can't seem to get a call back. I have several questions regarding their decision, and no one wants to get back with me. I was also misled by the representative.

I've had a highly positive experience with Allsup's Ticket to Work program, and I can't praise Shareena and Vanessa's customer care enough. Shareena, in particular, was instrumental in resolving issues with my Social Security benefits after a recent injury. Social Security's repeated mistakes had left me frustrated and without a resolution, but Shareena and Vanessa stepped in and had it sorted out within a week. Their patience and understanding were a blessing. I believe they deserve a raise for their exceptional service and dedication.
