    I decided to give Instacart a try since they offered free delivery for first-time users. I checked the prices, added everything to my cart, and confirmed there was no delivery fee. But after I paid and looked at the final bill, there was a hefty delivery charge! The store is just around the corner from my place, so I don't get why the fee is so high. Felt like a scam, totally untrustworthy. I'm really disappointed with this experience, and I doubt I'll use Instacart again. It's frustrating when things aren’t as they seem.

    I tried to place a big order, around $200 worth of stuff, around 5pm. Usually, they always deliver my orders without me having to specify anything. This time, though, they confirmed it for pickup. I quickly messaged them saying I expected delivery, just like my previous 5 orders. Turns out, they said I couldn't change it from pickup to delivery. The only option was to cancel and start all over again for delivery. Seriously?! After spending so much time picking out everything, there’s no way I’m doing that again. It's frustrating and honestly not worth the hassle, extra fees, and tips. It's nothing like the smooth experience with Amazon.

    У цьому відгуку я хочу виразити своє кохання до цієї компанії - ну тому що вони супєр бусінки ❤️ В них дуже смачна паста, карамель, батомчики, цукерки - так я коштувала усе це - а плиточка а-ля дубайський шоколад це взагалі пушка 🔥 І головне що все це з супер натуральним складом - ні краплі пальмової олії чи доданих е-шек До замовлень додаються милі листівочки які можуть підписати якоюсь фразою якщо попросиш або намалювати щось за твоїм бажанням - я тримаю ці листівочки с побажаннями на холодильнику (вже треба більше магнітів бо на усі не вистачає) Усім рекомендую та буду замовляти ще не один раз
