    I thought I'd snagged a great deal on some premium weight t-shirts from the UK, but it turns out they were shipped from the USA. The wait felt like forever, and it didn’t help knowing the carbon footprint was huge. When they finally arrived, I was really disappointed. The shirts were supposed to be high quality, but they were ridiculously thin and see-through. Not at all what I expected, especially after seeing all those glowing reviews on Reddit. I’m feeling pretty let down by the whole experience and wish I’d done a bit more digging before buying. Now I’m stuck with these tees that aren’t what they promised.

    I was hoping for a better experience, but it was a bit of a letdown. They don't have a phone number for customer service, just this AI chat that doesn’t really help much. It's kind of frustrating because when you're paying for shipping on orders under $125, you'd expect better support. Discounts are pretty rare too, which doesn't add much value. I only shopped here because I had a gift card, but I don't think I'll be coming back. It's disappointing because I wanted to like this place, but the lack of real support makes it hard to stay loyal. I wouldn't be surprised if they struggle to keep customers.
