At first, I wrote a review saying my item’s picture was blurry and it broke right away when I tried to use it.
Gossby’s team quickly contacted me and offered a new one for free. I wasn’t hoping for any reply, let alone a FREE replacement (they even paid for shipping 😉).
The picture quality and sharpness now is way better! I really like that. Thanks a lot for being a trustable company and fixing the problem. Maybe it was a mistake in quality check (we all make errors) or the process needed work, but Gossby accepted the feedback nicely and put the customer first.
