    I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I received a damaged dress, and instead of sending me a replacement in proper condition, they only offered store credit—and not even for the full amount I originally paid. What’s most frustrating is that I was told they would honor the original sale price if I repurchased the dress, but they later went back on that promise and refused to do so. Because of this, I’m now out money for a mistake that was entirely theirs. This dress was intended for my engagement photos, and their lack of accountability left me scrambling and ultimately unable to use it. Poor customer service, misleading communication, and no real effort to make things right after sending a faulty product. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

    I wish I could leave a good review but what I received was of inferior quality and the shipping was very long and I am not a satisfied customer. I feel that returning my two items (a bag and a sweater) would cost me more in time, money and complications.

    Disappointing quality and poor resolution I purchased a trench coat for £170 and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the belt, which doesn’t function properly and makes the coat unwearable. The company later confirmed this was due to the design (no reinforced eyelets), so it’s clearly a production issue rather than wear or preference. Despite this, I was told the item was not eligible for a refund because it was purchased in the sale, and was only offered 30% store credit or store credit with a restocking fee on return. For an item at this price point, I found this resolution unreasonable. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in the brand’s quality control or aftercare.
