This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a company. After requesting endless paperwork, documentation, proof after proof, to verify my mother’s medical condition, they still refused to honor their commitment.
My mother has been officially diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and now requires medical follow-ups every three months — increased from twice a year — due to her worsening condition. Despite all the evidence and records provided, they claimed her diagnosis happened outside the timeframe of my ticket purchase, which is completely untrue.
They refused to refund the money, didn’t process the insurance, and now have the nerve to ask for a review. Well, here it is: this company lacks compassion, transparency, and professionalism. They take advantage of people in vulnerable situations, and their so-called “customer service” is nothing short of careless and insensitive.
Avoid this company at all costs — they will make you go through a painful and exhausting process only to deny you the help and support they promise.
