    Email told me about a promo, so I deposited and then realized the conditions were pickier than I thought. Support answered via ticket the next day, which was okay, but not instant. Trading itself was stable and fills were expected for my size. Charts are great once you set them up, just a bit fiddly at first. If you’re here for tools, you’ll be happy. If you live for promos, read every line twice. I learned the hard way, heh.

    First time I tried to send, the app asked for extra verification and parked my transfer in review. Cute. I sent the docs and waited, checking the tracker way too often. It finally cleared later the same day and funds showed up, but the hold killed the instant vibe. Support replied by email with the standard compliance boilerplate. I get it, security and all, just wish the messaging was clearer up front for new users.

    The site looks professional with HTTPS, addresses, and policy links in the right places, which is table stakes. I wanted more than structure though. The industries served and example engagements were thin, so I couldn’t tell if they fit our needs without a call. The contact path worked fine, and the compliance language reads well. If they publish a few detailed case notes or certifications, it would build trust faster.
