Autoloss is a fantastic company. It's not a scam - It's real. I was a bit hesitant at first since I was dealing with an insurance company that was clearly acting unethically from the start. So, when it came to the diminished value, I expected poor results. They initially estimated my car's diminished value at around $300, which seemed off. Monica Lahr assured me Autoloss would get me a fair amount and stay with me throughout. And that's exactly what happened. The insurance company wasn’t open to fair negotiation. Their final offer was about $600, and they warned that if I didn’t accept, I'd need to file a suit. They knew that finding a lawyer for such a case would be tricky and probably useless since it was only about the car's diminished value. Monica Lahr and her team helped me file a complaint with the state commission. The insurance company then acknowledged their bad faith and offered $2300 as diminished value. I’d certainly recommend Autoloss, Monica Lahr, and her team!

This company is a complete rip-off.

This company is a complete rip-off. Their fees range from $350-$400, and what you get in return is a subpar valuation report that you could easily create at home by comparing your vehicle's value to those at a dealership. When you reach out to their customer support for assistance, all they do is instruct you on what to say to the insurance company. There's no direct communication with the insurance company to aid in your claim. If you decide to use their services, be prepared to waste a considerable amount of time making endless calls, sending emails, and leaving voicemails for the adjuster, only to eventually have your claim denied. I strongly recommend hiring a lawyer from the start and letting them handle the situation.

Autoloss offers a great service for those feeling let down by their auto insurance after a crash. I had a big accident when another car hit mine while I was slowing down. Thankfully, neither of us was hurt. The other driver didn't even apologize, just complained about signs and traffic. He walked away, leaving my car badly damaged and taking months to fix. Monica and her team at Auto Loss were really helpful with the detailed appraisal and guided me through getting back the lost value from the accident. Excellent team, very polite and quick.
