    I had a direct experience with Troy that was unhelpful, but I was really impressed by the great service and professionalism from Joshua Badeaux. Josh didn’t ignore my call when I reported the issues with Troy, and to make a long story short, he got my auto and renter's insurance policy set up quickly. If you contact Progressive and ask for Josh, your insurance requirements will be looked after. This doesn't mean that other agents won’t try to be useful to their company.
