I've purchased cars here before, but this recent experience with the new management has been terrible! During my visit with my brother to look for a car, I noticed the saleswomen pressuring my brother to choose a car, even though he had already specified what he wanted. They even resorted to name-calling. Despite red flags, I chose a car I liked, but when it arrived, the seats were stained, and the car was dirty with noticeable scratches. The manager dismissed my concerns, offering only a free cleaning, claiming it would remove the stains. They scheduled the cleaning without informing me, and when I found out, they insisted I bring the car in immediately, disrupting my work schedule. The promised deep cleaning turned out to be false. Later, during the license plate pickup, they mishandled the extension process, and I found a disrespectful note attached. The childish behavior and lack of professionalism were surprising, especially since the manager was involved. This experience, coupled with similar issues my brother faced, have left me extremely dissatisfied.
