    I decided to try out Test Prep Training for a course I needed, but things went south quickly. After buying the course, I suddenly got locked out because of some login error called redirect_uri_mismatch. I reached out to their support team using the contact form they provided, hoping for some help, but got absolutely nothing back. It's incredibly frustrating when you pay for something and can't even use it. I’d steer clear of this platform until they sort out their login issues and start taking customer support seriously. It’s just not worth the hassle right now.
