A regular IT company.

A regular IT company. Over one and a half months, I gained quite a bit of new knowledge and experience, which is certainly useful (considering I have more than 16 years in IT). The tech stack used here is impressive — some of it was a real eye-opener for me. The team is decent, and the atmosphere is friendly. It's clear everyone is knowledgeable; each team consists of skilled professionals. Overall, the professionalism of the employees is high. They are always willing to assist when needed. The CEO, Joseph Roash, is a reasonable and capable person, a true pro, technically savvy (as far as I know, he started from a dev role and moved up). You can have good discussions with him on any topics — both technical and organizational. He shows he cares about his employees and tries to offer support. One great thing about him as a leader is that he doesn't interfere too much in team tasks. He steps in only if there's an issue that an employee or the team can’t handle. Yes, if there are major mistakes, he will be tough, but that's to be expected. I haven’t noticed any constant overtime or weekend work, as some commenters mention. As for my team, I can say confidently — there wasn't any (in a systematic way). I can't speak for other teams, but I didn’t see anyone sleeping at the office. Of course, sometimes you might need to work weekends, and there may be occasional overtimes, but those are emergencies that happen everywhere, in any company. Personally, I had two or three overtimes during my time here, which were expected, related to work needs, and were compensated (if you know you're working late, you can come in later that day, that’s an unspoken rule. Or take half a day off another day, with the CEO's agreement). About unrealistic deadlines — it’s the same. I can’t speak for other teams, but in mine, there weren’t any clear deadlines. We had morning meetings to review what we did yesterday and plan for today, where everyone shared their tasks and estimated completion times. That’s it. The only exceptions were critical hot-fixes, but that’s an ASAP situation, which is the case everywhere.

We were pointed to this place by our concierge at Hotel des

We were pointed to this place by our concierge at Hotel des Arts (another great spot) and were very happy with our choice. We received a warm welcome and got seated at a bar that wraps around the kitchen, allowing us to see the chefs cooking and the barman cleverly making tasty cocktails. All of the staff were super friendly and seemed like close friends, always laughing and enjoying their time together - it looked like a fun place to work! They offered us complimentary shots throughout the night (and joined us for drinks!) made nice wine suggestions, and even crafted custom cocktails for my wife. The food was really good. It had Mediterranean style with strong influences from the Middle East and North Africa. The menu didn’t say much about what each dish included, but the barman, who was also our waiter, explained everything so well that it was clear he knew the dishes well. I really recommend this place. Definitely one of the best restaurant experiences for vibe, friendliness, and food I have ever had. Fairly priced for Paris too and located on a charming cobblestone street in Montmartre. Superbe!

The learning at ADRABA was a nice

The learning at ADRABA was a nice mix of different content and ways of teaching. What I enjoyed most was being able to take the course with other Jewish students, working together. The guest speakers also made the whole thing more interesting by sharing their life stories. It really felt like something worth remembering.

had a mixed experience.

had a mixed experience. While the facilities were okay, I felt that the overall environment could have been more supportive. The teachers were mostly helpful, but sometimes I felt that more attention was needed.
