I ordered a custom ornament in early November, hoping it would be a nice Christmas gift. The first one arrived completely wrong, so I contacted customer service. They promised to fix it, but the second one came and it was still incorrect. By then, Christmas had passed. I tried to get a refund, but they kept giving me the runaround. It was so frustrating dealing with their customer service. I'm pretty sure they outsource their work to a third-party company, which might explain the mistakes. It was a really disappointing experience overall.
