    Bestellen was eenvoudig en de specificaties per product zijn uitgebreid. Registratie en checkout verliepen vlekkeloos met duidelijke statusmails. Wel vond ik de meegeleverde handleiding wat summier, waardoor de montage een kleine leercurve had. Online PDF's en FAQ vulden dat gelukkig aan. Prijs-kwaliteit prima en snel geleverd.

    Habe für ein internes Laborprojekt bestellt. Die Seite war übersichtlich, COA und Lot-Infos lagen direkt bei, klar gekennzeichnet als nur für Research Use. Kommunikation per Mail flott, Tracking kam am selben Tag. Verpackung stabil, Etiketten sauber lesbar. Seriöser Eindruck, gerne wieder.

It’s rare these days to find service that's both fast and friendly, but that's exactly what I got. Totally impressed, I’ve got no doubt I'll be shopping with them again.
