Great service with high-grade products! I hadn’t used Gelato before, but tried it on Mr. Mark Tilbury’s recommendation and honestly? I love their products, the quality of the sample they sent me is superb! The options for customizing embroidered items are a bit limited but still good! I had some issues initially with the courier sending the wrong package, but Gelato intervened and sorted it out! I’ll definitely keep using their services!
