    RoRo USA LLC was contracted and paid in full on 12/05/25 to ship my car from the USA to Angola. The content in the car made the shipping unviable. I requested cancellation of the contract 31/07/25. I did not get paid back for the services not rendered, despite almost monthly requests. Each reply had an excuse why the refund did not happen yet. The last request went without any response at all. Better Business Bureau was contacted to help with mediation. They didn’t get any response either.

    I rented a car from Budget in Bangor and dropped it off at Logan. A few days later, I was hit with a surprise $450 smoking fee. The kicker? Neither of us smoke. Their so-called evidence? Dust in the air vents. Seriously? I pushed back, and they knocked it down by $200, but I'm still stuck paying $250 for something I didn't do. It's just not right. Feels like they're trying to squeeze extra money out of customers for no real reason. I expected better from a company like Budget. This experience left a bad taste, and I'll definitely think twice before renting from them again.
