    Alright, picture this: I walk into this big-name store expecting smooth sailing, right? Everything should be top-notch, but it feels like a kid's lemonade stand run on a hot summer day. When things go as planned, it's fine. But if anything goes off track, it’s like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Life's full of hiccups, and you kinda expect a company of this size to handle them better. Instead, you end up with a headache just to save a few bucks. Honestly, I’d think twice before diving in again. Not exactly the dream experience I was hoping for.

    I rented a car and had a bit of a hiccup. At the counter, they asked about insurance, and I clearly asked for basic coverage. Thought everything was fine until I got the bill. It was way more than I expected, $170 extra because they charged me for full coverage instead. Tried to sort it out, called the company, and the rep just told me to call back in a couple of days. It's been a hassle, and I'm still waiting to see if they fix the overcharge. It’s been frustrating having to deal with this runaround. Hoping it gets sorted soon, but not holding my breath.
