    I've been using Home Chef for a while, but lately, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The quality just isn't what it used to be. Every week, it feels like there's something missing or off. Sometimes ingredients are missing, and other times, the quality is just not up to par. The packaging often arrives damaged, which is frustrating. One meal had three different issues, leaving me scrambling for a plan B for dinner. It's disappointing to pay for a service and then have to spend more on a replacement meal. Sadly, I’ve decided it’s time to look elsewhere and would advise friends to consider other options. There are definitely better meal kits out there.

    I was just browsing their website to check out the menu options, you know, just exploring. But then I decided to cancel my membership and go with another company. Next thing I know, there's a charge on my account from them, and I never even agreed to anything! It felt sneaky and totally unfair. I can't believe they would do something like this without even informing me. Honestly, it feels like a scam, and I hope they face some consequences for these shady tactics. It's just not right to treat customers this way, and I hope they change their ways before more people get affected.

    You wouldn't believe what happened with Instacart. I somehow got signed up for this Instacart+ membership, which I never wanted in the first place. When I noticed, I called them up thinking it would be a simple fix. But no, they wouldn’t give me a refund because I was just outside their 5-day window. As a single mom, I really gotta keep an eye on every dollar, and this just threw me for a loop. I mean, why can’t they just do a pro-rated refund? It's frustrating when companies don't show a little flexibility, especially when budgets are tight. Not impressed with their customer service at all.
