Let me tell you about my ongoing saga with InstaCart. It's been a comedy of errors, if comedy was frustrating and involved groceries. My orders keep landing on the wrong doorstep, like my groceries are on a little adventure without me. Despite giving clear instructions, the drivers often seem lost. No issues with DoorDash, but InstaCart? Different story. The last straw was on March 16th. My order was sent to the wrong place again, so I had to call customer service, get a refund, and reorder. Even then, the new driver couldn't find me, and I had to guide her like a GPS. The cherry on top? An email saying I might get penalized for delivery issues. I've had enough; I won’t be using InstaCart again.
