    Buying was easy and the premium was low, which is great. When I needed a non urgent question answered, the chatbot looped me to an email form. Not the fastest route. The claims line is there for serious stuff, but day to day queries feel slower without phones. I’ll stay for the price and self service, just miss a human for quick chats.
