My package had gifts that were supposed to be shipped. My email said they’d be sent by 3/15… but they were sent on 3/20. I understand I didn’t need the 'gift bundle' for the event, but it’s the principle of it.
(The gifts were great - totally worth the price)
My VIP package had (2) $50 vouchers for food/drinks. When I tried to use them, the total was $44 (just for food) and the QR code gave 20% off instead… The emails were unclear and not specific.
Ticketclub did make up for the problems I had. Their customer service was friendly and helpful.
