    My run time got bumped and I worried it would slide into the next day. Support answered fast, explained the team’s availability, and offered options that worked around my time zone. We ended up starting slightly later the same evening and it went smoothly. Their tone was professional and the explanation was clear enough that I felt respected, not rushed. Minor hiccup, but handled the right way.

    First pick looked perfect, then the seller couldn’t confirm and the order was canceled. Annoying, but the disclosure warned that can happen. I jumped to another listing and that one stuck. The help center explained delivery types clearly enough that I didn’t panic when the tickets showed up later in the day. It’s a marketplace, so you ride with it. Ended up happy in great seats.

    Then the show got canceled day of by the organizer and the push notification hit while I was on the train. Chat support was friendly and opened a refund request, but it took longer than I expected to post. The app is great for discovery and most events go fine, just remember policies vary by promoter. I will use it again, I will also keep an eye on dates that seem iffy or weather dependent.
