I really enjoy the courses and meditations, but their website and customer support are very disapointing when there is a tech issue. I’ve had videos removed without any reason; my questions have gone unanswered for four months. I got bombarded with 40+ notifications for a program I never cared about, Wildfit. (I have screenshots of Mindvalley filling my inbox with loads of messages for the same event at once, enough to consider Mindvalley as SPAMMERS. It’s unfortunate that a company run by an IT pro acts so clumsily. A company that teaches effective communication, customer attraction, and efficiency should practice what they preach. And all the great feelings from the wonderful coaches and courses are ruined by the slow and USELESS tech and chat teams letting things go wrong at Mindvalley!
