    I really enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed it! There were many new ideas and subjects that I’m excited to use in our everyday work. I hope to see more talks about Benefit/Operations next time, but all in all, it was very great! Thanks so much, HCI!!

I really liked the sessions at Spark HR 2025

I really liked the sessions at Spark HR 2025 - they showed real life HR problems and how the teams solved them, giving a good look at their unique company culure.

I really liked the smaller setting compared to a SHRM conference.

I really liked the smaller setting compared to a SHRM conference. The sessions were good, the vendors were purposeful, and it was simple to connect with others.

We liked the speakers and vendors a lot.

We liked the speakers and vendors a lot. Everyone talked about how important it is to have a clear plan before starting to use AI. Still, because the updates and features are very new, there wasn’t as much practical guidance or success stories as I hoped. Most of it was about improving processes and plans for AI, which was useful and I plan to apply at home, but I really enjoyed talking with the vendors and look forward to more discussions as we start to change our processes and team.

Overall, the conference was very well planned

Overall, the conference was very well planned and offered a lot of useful information. The team managed to invite interesting speakers and made good chances for networking during the event. I would rate the event 5 stars if every session had clear, practical tips to use. Also, the Epcot dinner was pleasant, but there was not enough seats for everyone.
