They had my exhaust in stock, until they didn’t. Backorder notice popped in a day later and sat there taunting me. Support gave decent updates, but timelines slipped. When it finally shipped, it arrived mint and the price was right. Not furious, just mildly annoyed. If you’re chasing a hot part, expect some hurry up and wait. When it lands, it’s the good stuff though.

Moderators closed my duplicate thread and pointed me to the master topic, which was fair. Uploading photos from my phone took a couple of tries due to the forum’s image limits, and a member messaged me a workaround. The team stays on top of order and keeps things civil. I’d love a slightly smoother mobile experience. Still, it’s my go-to spot when the truck throws me a curveball.

Quote arrived quickly and they explained it was a brokered shipment with a deposit at booking, balance due to the carrier. The dispatcher shared a pickup window and I got texts as the driver moved. Payment at delivery was simple and the car arrived as expected. Registration on their site was minimal and the instructions on cleaning out the vehicle were useful. I felt looked after, even if timing was based on the carrier’s lane.
