I decided to give this subscription another shot after a few years, and honestly, I regret it. My first box was missing an item, and when I reached out to customer service, they asked for a photo as proof, which felt unnecessary. They promised to send the missing item, but two months passed, and nothing showed up, even after multiple follow-ups. They kept saying it would be dispatched soon. Then, for the second box, they charged me at the start of July, but it didn’t ship until August after I chased them multiple times. When it finally arrived, another item was missing. It seems they’re always holding onto payments without delivering what’s promised. Their customer service just repeats the same lines, offering no real help. I'm done with this subscription.
