We had a really good time working with this company! Our Medspa bought the hydrafacial 14 in 1. We did our training today and are eager to begin providing treatments to our clients. Skintechx has good communication and helpful customer service. The training session was very useful. We are excited to continue doing business with them in the future for sure.

I don’t know if Birchbox is still around or what’s going on. I’ve been trying to get my March box for weeks now and nothing. I messaged them three times through their online chat, but it’s like talking to a wall. Also, I sent a couple of emails and still no response. It’s super frustrating because I used to love getting my box every month and now I’m left hanging. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but it’s really making me rethink my subscription. Anyone else having issues? Feels like they just vanished.
