    I am still trying to get my money back having placed an order last year, order Id **** / Product ID: **** from this disgraceful company **** which needs shutting down, I have emailed "****" and have heard noththing regarding my order placed and I am unhappy about. I spent north of £80 on purchase of wig, the quality of the wig sent, hair is thin and sheds and I dont think the hair is real hair either. I now think the reviews on their page are fake!!! **** have the decency to repond to my email if thats even a real **** and I have not received a auto reply either. To all the customers shopping pleae dont this is the worse company ever!!! and by far the worse cumtomer care!!!

    I used to be a huge fan of this company, sticking with them even during their rough patch in '23. But things really went downhill last summer. My orders started arriving later and later, and I had to constantly email them just to get my box sent. And when it finally arrived, it was never what I actually ordered. The products became repetitive, probably leftovers since my boxes were always delayed. My December box? Still MIA because of their courier issues in the UK. After multiple complaints, they acknowledged my refund request, but weeks later, still nothing. Had to go through my bank for a chargeback. I rarely write bad reviews, but folks in the UK, beware before signing up with them.

    I've been sticking with Birchbox for what feels like forever, through all my life changes and their ups and downs. But lately, it’s just been one disappointment after another. I keep receiving the same old products over and over again, like they're stuck on repeat or something. It's like they don't even bother checking what they've sent me before. I signed up to discover exciting new beauty finds, not to be bombarded with repeats and fillers. It's frustrating when they claim to offer new products, yet here I am, still getting the same old stuff. Honestly, it feels like a money-saving tactic on their end. You're better off saving your cash and grabbing samples from Sephora when you shop there.
