I've been subscribed to Birchbox for a while, and things were mostly okay until recently. My latest box got held up with Evri, and it’s been over a week with no updates. I reached out to Birchbox, hoping they’d help sort it out, but their response felt quite dismissive. They just said there should be an update soon, without really addressing the problem. It seemed like they didn’t really care about fixing the issue or understanding my frustration. With the lack of proper customer service and empathy, I decided enough was enough and ended up canceling my subscription. It’s frustrating when companies don't value their customers.
