    We had a real mess during our last Airbnb trip. We got to the place we booked, but couldn't get in because of some check-in issue. Tried reaching out to Airbnb and the host, but it felt like shouting into the void. In the end, we had to find a new place to stay, and let me tell you, it wasn't cheap. Airbnb did give us some money back for the original booking, but they didn't cover everything we had to spend because of their mix-up. Filed a complaint and might have to push further if we don’t get the rest. Airbnb needs to step up their game and protect their customers better.

    Man, you wouldn’t believe what happened with this rental site I've been using for ages. I had this huge issue with a host, and it took forever to get a refund. After what felt like endless back-and-forth, they finally gave it to me. But then, out of nowhere, I got kicked off the site! I was with them for over five years, renting places nonstop. Tried talking to customer service, but it was impossible to understand them. They never sorted out the mess with my account. I’ve switched to VRBO now. This company, seriously, it’s like they’re running a comedy show over there.
