I made a booking that got canceled two times and ended up removing it from the Wyndham site because of the 15 day cancelation rule. I don’t blame Koala, it’s more about the customer wanting exact dates and location. I get that things happen for any reason. Maybe later they could add a small charge for customers who cancel super late. Just my 2 cents...

BUT...you showed the nightly price in USD, and the total cost said dollars, but it MUST be Swedish Kronor, since it was nearly 10 times too much!
This was my first try renting my timeshare. I got a bit lost and reached out to customer service. They really helped out, showing me what to do one step at a time. The team was nice and patiant, even when I repeated myself more than once. I'd tell others to give Koala a try.
