    Have used Adam at Hospitality Centre many times and he always goes beyond for the events we choose. Last one was Simply Red at The O2 and the VIP hospitality was really good. Only matched by the show of Mick Hucknall and his band. Will for sure use Adam again.

    I gotta share this experience I had with a so-called ticket insurance service. It was a total letdown! I thought getting the insurance would give me some peace of mind, but they have so many hoops to jump through for a refund, it’s almost impossible. They seem to bank on the fact that most folks won’t be able to provide all the documentation needed. Even the event customer service hinted that this insurance was basically useless and suggested I skip it next time. Thankfully, the venue was kind enough to let me change the dates of my ticket since FanShield wouldn't refund me. Lesson learned – next time, I'm definitely opting out of this so-called "insurance.
