    Frontier Airlines

    Flying with Frontier was a nightmare from start to finish. My journey from Washington to Phoenix, with a stop in Vegas, turned into a disaster. In Washington, we were stuck on the runway for what felt like forever, and no one bothered to tell us why. That delay meant I missed my connecting flight in Vegas. What did Frontier do? Not much. They offered replacement flights that stretched out to 17 hours instead of just 1. The staff? Completely unhelpful and seemed to care less about the chaos they caused. I was shuffled around without any real answers or solutions. This airline needs to seriously rethink how they treat their passengers. Never flying with them again. Total disappointment.

    I thought getting Priority First Boarding with Frontier Airlines would make my trip a breeze, especially since I had an important film shoot in North Carolina the next day. But things went south fast. When boarding started, I showed up early, thinking I'd skip the line. Instead, I got told to print my e-ticket, even though I had it on my phone. Made me wait till everyone else was on. Then, outta nowhere, they bumped me off the flight! No reason, nothing. Just a cold “that’s policy.” It was late, and I was desperate. Asked for help, but they shrugged, saying they were just a third-party. Had to buy a last-minute $600 ticket with another airline. Frontier? Never heard back from them. Not cool at all.

    Flying with Delta was a disaster. They seemed to thrive on misleading passengers. Once, they offered me compensation to give up my seat, only to sell it out and leave me stranded. It felt like they didn't care, maybe because of my race. The staff at the front desk? Rude and unhelpful. The customer service reps? Even worse. If you're thinking about booking with them, be ready for a frustrating experience. I can't recommend Delta to anyone, not even as a last option. The whole ordeal was filled with dishonesty and disrespect. Wish I'd chosen another airline.
