I purchased an customized Jersey on 7/4/25, and was sent an email stating that my item was shipped out on 7/7/25; however, after 3weeks (7/28/25) I still had not received my purchase. I contacted support and a day later, I was informed that the “delivery company missed my package”. I was offered a refund, credit, or to have this still shipped (15-20 business days). I asked that due to the error of the company, if this could be expressed shipped out for delivery by 8/8/25. I was informed that I would have to pay additional fees for express shipping, other than that it would not receive my item for another 9-21 business days. This was not any error of mine and I feel that the company did not effectively attempt to resolve the issue. The company would rather lose money with a refund, than to pay the cost of express shipping; due to the incompetence of their shipping methods. I would never attempt to order from this company again.
