    I thought I was getting a great deal with this BOGO promo, but it didn't quite go as planned. I must've misunderstood the steps or something, because I only ended up with one item instead of two. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't too keen on fixing it by sending me the second item. Instead, they offered a partial refund—about 37%, which was something, I guess. It just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, though. I was really hoping for a better resolution. Not sure if I'd shop there again after this experience, it kinda put me off.

    Delivery was quick and the cost was very good. One thing I got was slightly not what I wanted, but that is probably just my taste. I will order here again for sure.

    Being a MMP, I often see cheaper rates at my local cannabis shop, but sometimes Mood gives offers that are good to grab, their support team and fair delivery speed are the main points that make doing busines with them worthwhile.
