    Selling my truck was a real hassle. I felt like I was bouncing around between different people every time I called, which was super confusing. It dragged on for over a week, which was way longer than I expected. Just when I thought I had a deal, they offered me less than we initially discussed. Frustrating, right? Then, out of nowhere, the driver called and said I’d get the original amount. The whole process was just too complicated and left me feeling pretty annoyed. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to sell a truck. Overall, not the smoothest experience, and it's definitely put me off doing business with them again.

    I had an awesome experience with this company! From the get-go, everyone I talked to was super helpful in guiding me through the process. Seriously, their facility is spotless, and the staff are the friendliest folks around. Got a quote right away, and it was totally reasonable. They mentioned a 24-48 hour window for pick-up, and the tow truck driver showed up within 24 hours. He was really skilled and managed to get my car out of a pretty tight spot without a hitch. I'm definitely sticking with this business for any future vehicle removals. Can't recommend them enough!
