So, about this company, there's not enough
So, about this company, there's not enough info in Carfax reports. Plus, you buy 3 reports but only get two. One expires so you think you can use it later, but they charge you again. Also, no phone number to talk to a person, just email forms. You don't know if anyone will reply. They just send a standard note that doesn't help.

I tried to give my thoughts on Toyota of Surprise (AZ), where I recently had $3,000-plus of work done on my Toyota pickup. They wouldn't give me the link to post a review. Why? Because they know what I'd say, and they don't want my review out there. I asked CarFax three times to send me a link! No answer. Seems CarFax and the different dealerships bragging about using CarFax are working together. Don't believe you'll get the whole truth from CarFax reviews-- you'll only see good reviews AND NOTHING MORE! Be warned.

It's impossible to reach anyone by phone.
It's impossible to reach anyone by phone. I have now been waiting 7 days for a response about a clear error on the mileage of my car. The dealer made a mistake, and now it shows my truck has driven 40,000 miles in just 2 days. It's clearly a typo. Carfax is listing it as an odometer rollback, and it's delaying the sale of my truck. All I get is a generic email from Carfax saying they will respond soon.

I bought a car and had a paper saying there were no problems. I wanted to sell my car and found a damage report on it from before I got it! So, I talked to Carfax, and they said to talk to the seller! What use is their guarentee?
