We got a car after a family member passed.
We got a car after a family member passed. Selling it privately seemed like too much, so we contacted Carvana once we got the title. The car was from out of state, and we weren't sure what to do, but Carvana handled it fast. They gave a fair offer and arranged pickup quickly. They called with pickup time and gave us papers to sign. It was easy, and their rep was pro. Though we could've made more selling it ourselves, the smoothness was worth it.

The offer was decent and fair, the process moved swiftly and was quite straightforward. The driver who picked up the car was friendly and helpful. One thing to note: when requesting document photos (like the title and driver's license), clarify upfront that both sides are needed. We chose Carvana because our daughter had a good experience buying from them recently, and now we can agree!

Smooth process. Our first time with Carvana. The online steps were simple to follow. The email and text alerts were useful. The team on site was helpful. Good customer service. Very professional. They guided us through the last steps, and the payment hit our bank within two days. We’ll use Carvana again.

Carvana's offer for my car was much higher than other places and the process was super easy. They came to get my car at home for just $40 and paid me quickly with ACH. It was my first time selling with them, but I was really happy with how simple it was.

Getting an online quote and uploading documents for the diagnostic inspection was smooth. The only small hitch was that the car wasn’t picked up on the same day, so I had to work around it in the driveway for a day, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Overall, the experience with the company was pretty good. They were upfront about the process. It took more time for them to bring the car to their place than for them to accept it. The only downside was that they wouldn't collect my car.
