    In talking with the support agent, Shiela, I felt she was very kind and willing to help, and she knew a lot about the product. My small issue was that it was slightly difficult to hear her clearly.

    I had a hard time losing weight no matter how much I worked out. I needed a push - I didn’t feel good wearing my workout clothes or even my regular ones.     I switched because the price was lower than what I had been paying and during the intake process I showed them what I was taking and they said no problem. They would just take over the prescription. When I got my medication, it was two tiers lower than what I had been taking. I was very upset and called and after going through all of the rigmarole to talk to a live person, I was told that they could only ship that amount to California, which is total bull. I checked with the pharmacy and they said they shipped to California every day so I was given inaccurate information. Meanwhile, the dose they sent me was not effective so I called and called and called again and ultimately after about nine hours and 15 phone calls I was told that they only prescribe up to 11 MG. Have they told me that in the first place, we never would’ve gotten started so if you were on a higher dose and want to switch for the lower price be advised
