I ordered a Christmas sweater for my wife that included her 3 cats. When I reviewed the order online it showed the 3 cats with their proper name below them. When I received the sweater, the names were NOT under the right cat. I have not been able to get to their website, nor have I been able to figure out how to email them. Their email that informed me of the shipment, could not be replied to. As a result, the sweater (gift) is of no value to me. I would appreciate an email response or phone call so that I could get the error corrected.
