Wonderful customer support that genuinely gets in touch to assist with what you need, fantastic products, friendly staff, and quality jewelry. Appreciate GLD Shop for always providing a positive experience!! Had one register open till about 5pm. Long line and the lady ahead was really upset. Everything seems like a problem now, bad service, and shelves are nearly empty. It's like Asda doesn’t care anymore and has just given up?!? They used to have a great name...

Man, let me tell you, GLD got all my jewelry now and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, from the diamonds to the gold, and even the small details on the pendant, everything’s on point. They really make me feel like a VIP, like I’m shopping at one of those big name spots but without the huge price tag. Real glad to roll with the GLD crew for sure!

I'm obsessed with Apple Pay 'cause I'm too lazy to bust out my wallet. But my bf's been drooling over it for ages. His bday is coming up and I'm lowkey more stoked than him, haha. I lowkey want the matching one for myself. The only bummer is I couldn't use a promo code, but other than that, everything was lit. Like, 10/10

The company's customer service was awesome! I ordered express shipping on Tuesday for my sister's graduation, but hadn't heard anything. I contacted them, and less than 30min later, got an email saying it'd arrive Thursday. Can't wait to see the product; if it's as good as their service, I won't be let down!
