The custom cuff I ordered was really nice

The custom cuff I ordered was really nice, well-made, and simple to adjust. However, I had hoped to receive the free gift that was mentioned when I made the purchase. The screen showed that a gift would come with the cuff, but when the package arrived, only the bracelet was inside, with no gift included. Overall, I’m happy with the bracelet itself, as it’s quite good quality. I appreciate your work and wish you all the best for the coming year! Happy New Year!
