Jean from the excellent customer service team made my return process simple and responded to my queries fast and correctly. I suggest double-checking what you're buying (size, thickness, etc.) to avoid needing a return, but if you do, Jaxxon's team will assist you with it. I decided to visit local jewelry shops to verify the chain's thickness before finalizing my choice. I then processed the return through Jaxxon since their prices and quality were better than what I found locally.

My fiancé really liked the chain and bracelet I got him from Jaxxon. I was happy with how good the quality was, so I decided to get myself a bracelet, ring, and earrings from Jaxxon shortly after. I've been wearing them daily for a few weeks now, and they haven't faded. Lhyza, a customer rep at Jaxxon, was quick to reply and very helpful when I had an issue with my order. I would for sure suggest buying from Jaxxon!

Bought a cuban chain 925 silver 7mm...the chain is very fancy. Had some problems with the promo codes not being accepted, customer care made an adjustment on my order quickly, happy customer. As for the chain, in 44 yrs I've had a lot of chains, this is by far the best silver. Time will tell on the durabiliy.

I wanted to give this five stars, but it's a 4 since I had to contact them for tracking details. Jaxxon didn't send the tracking info to my email when it shipped. However, they answered my email fast when I asked about my order. WILL surely buy from them again in the futre! THANKS JAXXON!

TERRIBLE. Please do not buy a chain from this company. Initially, the quality seems great for the price. However, the first time I tried to take the chain off, the clasp broke. I attempted to resolve the issue with the company, as this was completely unacceptable, but they were uncooperative. Their solution was to provide me with a $50 credit to repurchase the same chain that originally cost me over $200. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I wish I had heeded similar reviews.

NOT impressed. DISAPPOINTED So, I bought this chain from them and it broke after like two days. Naturally, I wanted a refund. But they straight up rejected my request! Can you believe that? Like, come on man, it's your responsibility to sell quality products. And when they're faulty, you gotta take responsibility for it.

Disappointed with JAXXON Jewelry. Attempted to return items but only received credit, which mysteriously vanished when I opted for a pricier chain and bracelet. Left empty-handed and without a refund. As a disabled senior and devout believer, this feels like a violation. Unfortunate experience, far from satisfactory.
