Polite, prompt, and saved the day! My Gen 3 Apple Watch bands arrived just in time, and they look stunning—gold bands that shine even brighter in person. Can't get enough—I'm already eyeing more pieces.

Don't even bother

Don't even bother I placed my order and was concerned when I didn't get an email confirmation with an order number or proper receipt indicating how much I had spent or tracking. Since I use Shop, I was able to get tracking info and a receipt of sorts from there. I checked the tracking constantly and at one point the package went dark with the only update being that the label was created but that they hadn't received the package yet. For days it said awaiting package. Finally, I got a message saying out for delivery and I was excited. Unfortunately, I received an empty bubble envelope with no watch bands and a card saying thanks for ordering along with other materials BUT NO WATCH BANDS. I thought to myself, why would USPS deliver an empty opened package? That seems ridiculous. I reached out via email and IG messenger. I received responses from both asking for pictures. I sent the pictures and was told I didn't purchase insurance and without proof from USPS after filing a claim that the item was indeed lost, I would not get replacements. Now, USPS delivered this package with nothing in it. Why would they admit to it being lost? Anyways save your money and your energy. 40 dollars down the drain.

Never received my package - Merchant not willing to do anything about it!

The carrier that they use (SummitSpeed) is totally inept. They said they tried to deliver my package twice, but couldn't find my house, so they sent it back to the merchant! Which is completely insane! I live in a very prominent neighborhood. And the photo of the package, HAD THE CORRECT ADDRESS. The carrier was either illiterate or inept. I contacted the merchant via their support email (they do not have a contact phone number to speak to anyone in person) and the reply I got was that they don't take any responsibility once it leaves their facility. I disputed the $78.00 charge on my visa card, but still have not heard anything from My Pretty Strap. This is a very poorly run company. Stay clear from them!

The company got my order to me when they said they would, and the stuff looked nice. The packaging was cute too. I messed up and got the wrong size cover for my watch, but when I emailed them, they got back to me within three days. They sent me the right one without charging me extra. Overall, not bad for a first time dealing with them. Their customer service was fast and helpful.

Never received order and was not refunded

Never received the order because the packaging was destroyed. The package they sent for all of my items was a little plastic bubble baggy. It was not in an appropriate package for the contents. The company didn't send me what was missing. They are not a reputable company. It was also three weeks late missing Mother's Day. I was giving this as a gift.

Horrible Company

The straps do not fit well and look bad and when you try to return them the find something wrong with the return and take $5 from your return and not only make you pay for the return the deduct their original shipping. No wonder everyone shops Amazon. Beware! Bad company.

MyPrettyStraps has HORRIBLE customer service! With about 20 emails and texts I’m still unable to make a return. Website is designed to make returns difficult and expensive. Find another company to deal with!

I decided to try the buy 2, get 3 free deal. They have a wide selection of beautiful watch bands, so it took some time to choose 5! The bands look just as great as they do online, and the quality seems really good so far (I've had them for less than a month). Out of the 5 bands, my favorite is Siren, and I even got a compliment on it – from my male insurance agent – the first time I wore it. I also picked up 3 watch covers, and it's amazing how something so simple can change the look of my watch so much. I’m looking forward to buying more bands from this site and hope they’ll offer the watch covers in more fun colors, like dark purple, teal, and burgundy.

The product is nice and seems to be of decent quality, from what I can see. I ended up returning the leather band because it was far too large and couldn't be adjusted, unlike the other link bands. The return procedure is quite strict, meaning you need to let them know about the return beforehand and wait for directions on where to send it. However, Abby, the customer service representative who assisted me, was polite and helpful, making sure the exchange and another purchase went smoothly. I give her a 5 star rating!

I ended up buying the wrong size cover by mistake, but when I reached out to them about a return, they were very helpful. Ordered 2 new straps for my Apple Watch, they arrived and were beautiful!! Unfortunately while adjusting the size of one of them I noticed a weakness and a small part had broken off! I emailed that night and had a reply first thing in morning from Rica , they were super helpful and had my issue resolved and a new strap out for delivery straight away ! Briliant customer service!

I really like their products... very fashionable, great quality, and reasonably priced. The delivery was on time, and everything was packaged well. However, the watch cover wasn't the exact color I thought it would be and didn't match my strap. Customer service (Rica) was quick to reply and gave a solution that was more than fine!
