Well, I'll tell you, I had an issue and Gary handled it very well.
Well, I'll tell you, I had an issue and Gary handled it very well. He did more than I thought would be necessary. Nowadays, when dealing with businesses, it feels like they don’t really care or trust you, but Gary did. He believed what I said and together, we managed to work through it like reasonable people. I’m happy with how everything turned out.

Good service, clear communication, and good products. I bought two rings, and they were shipped separately to the Netherlands, likely because one was ready and the other wasn’t. Rebelger might’ve waited for both items to be in stock before shipping them together, but they decided to send the one right away so I didn’t have to wait. Not the best choice for sustainability, but it shows that Gerry is willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks a lot. Really like the items and will return in the future.
