I'm giving Pretty Straps 5 stars because their products are of good quality and their customer service is first rate. I had a problem and I contacted them. Got a reply quickly. They suggested several ways to fix the problem and checked in later, so I am grateful. Good customer service matters a lot.

My experience with the company was great! Ordering watch straps was easy and they came fast. I liked one strap, but wanted to exchange the other and return a cover. Rica from customer service was awesome, making it easy. She was quick and professional, guiding me through. Thanks Pretty Straps!

It's really unfortunate that the USPS

It's really unfortunate that the USPS decided to hold my package and not deliver it. I told Pretty Straps, and they quickly refunded my money without asking anything! When the USPS finally delivered my package, I paid the bill. I'm happy with what I bought and the nice customer service I got.

I really like how nice my watch straps look! I'm glad I found a way to make my watch fancier for when I'm not feeling sporty. The quality seems good for now, but I haven't had them long enough to see how durable they are. I'm definitely thinking of buying more.
