The lighting in the jewelry box when you open it is a nice feature, it really made the ruby bracelet I bought stand out. My wife hasn’t complained since, so she’s pleased and I’m happy too. The bracelet itself is very beautiful and it’s priced very well.

Everything was fine, but I was upset to see you used DHL/USPS once more. Whenever that happens, I know my order will arrive later than I hope, and it happened again this time. With how much you charge for shipping, I cant see why you wouldn't pick Fedex or UPS.

The 3 piece wooden Nesting boxes weren't wrapped separately in plastic or any protective covering. All the styles I ordered were loose and moving around inside each other. Fortunately, most of them were fine, but one set was missing screws on the small box inside. A few boxes had scratches from rubbing/friction. However, the bedazzled jewelry boxes were packed very carefully. The Nesting boxes definitely need better packaging. They are adorable but should come in better condition.
