This totally ruined Christmas for me. I emailed them and got a generic response with a $6 refund offer, which is ridiculous. Now they upped it to $15, but I want a full refund. This company is seriously the Grinch who stole Christmas! Beware!

What a mess

So my daughter decided to surprise me for Mother's Day and ordered a gift three weeks in advance. Well, Mother's Day came and nothing arrived. She checked with the company, and they said it was shipped two weeks ago and with Yodel. But Yodel says they only got the package details, not the actual package. Now both companies are just pointing fingers and not helping at all. My daughter's money is out there somewhere and I'm upset because no one is taking responsibility. She feels terrible, and I'm furious that no one's trying to solve this mess.
