I’m very selective about where I buy jewellery because of issues

I’m very selective about where I buy jewellery because of issues like tarnishing, allergic reactions, or just the overall look. But when I found the Calm Collective website, I really liked the idea behind the products, so I decided to try it out. I was unsure at first that the rings would feel too bulky, but I’m really glad I went ahead with it – it’s definitely one of the best buys I’ve made. I had a question, and Grace from customer support was amazing. She replied fast and was more than willing to assist me.

Bought an anxiety ring without any problems.

Bought an anxiety ring without any problems. However, the package got lost (with the delivery company) and never reached me. The ring was listed as out of stock. I contacted customer service, and Grace was super helpful and kind. She did her best to get a free replacement sent out. In the end, it arrived, and I’m wearing the ring now and playing with it! Great product, great service!

At first, I picked the wrong size.

At first, I picked the wrong size. When the right one arived, I was really happy. The ring fits great, and the Support Team helped me out with every step. I like having the ring on all the time! It's lovely 😍 and also helps me relax when I get anxious. It’s just right!

I got rings that were a bit to big

I got rings that were a bit to big, and Hannah in Customer Service was super helpful—she sorted out new ones fast and they came the very next day! All was done nice and smooth. The rings look realy good. I’ll be back to buy more for sure!
