I bought two straps and two face covers.

I bought two straps and two face covers. The quality of the items is fine. Taking off the links from one strap was a bit tricky, and the company video on how to do it wasn’t very clear. Luckily, I found a YouTube video that helped more. The tool for adjusting the strap is pretty basic and didn’t work that great, but I got it done. Also, one of the face covers shows more silver than gold when put on my watch, but that’s ok. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

The items are well-made and nice for your Apple Watch. Be aware, the watch face covers are not included! I missed this detail as the pictures are a bit confusing, but the support team was really great. Alex was kind, quick to respond, and helpful! Maybe in the future, they can add a choice to include it when you add to cart to save some steps but overall happy. Thanks!

I got my order wrong or felt the advertisement

I got my order wrong or felt the advertisement showed the watch cover with the strap, however when I emailed to advise of my disappointment, Rica kindly offered to send me a free face cover of my choice. She also helped me pick the correct links for one of my straps - thanks Rica.

Got my strap and it was great! Unfortunately, the strap snapped after about 3 months, but when I reached out to pretty straps, they were quick to assist me and I was grateful for their support in keeping me happy as a customer.

Bad quality and painful return process

The quality of the straps is bad. The finish is not as smooth as shown on the website. For the brown strap I ordered, the color looks very different from the website. The return process is painful. First, you are asked to send an email with the order number. The order number itself is difficult to find from your inbox of numerous spammy emails from the company. The title of the order confirmation is bad so it’s not even easy to different that email from the others. Then, you are supposed to send an email for return, then they ask you to send a picture that the items are in good condition, then they send you another email asking if you want to keep the item for just a return of 6%, and when you say no, they send another email with return shipping address. You are supposed to beat the return costs, and go through the hassle of creating the return label yourself. All of this could be done with a lot less number of steps. It feels like the company wants you to be frustrated and give up on the returns. Overall, I would never buy anything from this website ever again. It’s not worth my time.

Customer service scam

I wrote to them multiple times regarding a broken watch cover. Back and forth emails with their claim I was not responding to their questions when I had sent copies of my response. After they indicated that they would replace the cover, they are now requesting a video of how I place the cover on the watch. I think they pretend to give customer service but are clearly extending the process to exhaust the customer to give up. It’s really a slick scam so that they avoid negative reviews but they are the worst customer service experience ever. I simply gave up which is what I think their objective was to begin with. Keep your lousy watch cover that you paid 5 cents for in china. Not worth my time and effort. What is worth my time is to write a negative review in every platform I can find to expose your ethos!!

no straps received, no offer to reship, no refund

Order not received after 20 days of waiting. Customer service "person" Lesley constantly assured me that the order was coming and was held up in "customs" at Grapevine TX and they had no way of letting me know when the package would arrive until USPS got it. Other companies reship or refund when package gets delayed. Not this company. So beware of these people - I've notified my credit card company as a last resort. They found the charge of $48.70 but it was to a pet shop. I don't have any pets. Maybe one day the straps will come but I am not hopeful and would not recommend this company to anyone.

a joke of a company!

I placed an order on 8/26 and still waiting for my order. I have contacted them numerous times trying to get "real" delivery information. I have asked for a replacement order or for my order to be cancelled - NOTHING! They also list their company as housed in Sheridan, Wyoming which is NOT accurate! I live 90 miles from Sheridan and could've picked up the items in person. DO NOT TRUST!!!

Terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not order. They charge money but don’t care if the product is ever delivered and tell you it’s not their problem when lost in the mail. I have tried multiple times to contact them for help and they keep sending me the tracking number and telling me to handle it myself. Do not buy this product

Scam! BEWARE BUYER!!

Purchased a set, didn’t work out for me. Quality was cheap and wanted to return. Customer Service stated I could only receive a store credit after the item was returned. Ok, I paid the shipping and returned it. It’s been 3 weeks, I’ve sent countless emails and I STILL have NOT received my store credit. AWFUL COMPANY, DO NOT BUY!!

I just got the rose gold Apple Watch, series 10, and wanted to add a touch of elegance with a fancy strap. Browsing their site, I snagged two beauties: the Milanese and the Classic stainless steel, both in rose gold. I’m absolutely thrilled with them! The delivery was pretty quick too. Here's a small thought, though: could you guys think about a blush rose gold option? Kind of like the subtle difference between starlight and silver. The watch is a light blush rose gold, and while the current straps look amazing, they’re not a perfect match. Would love to see something that blends a bit more! Overall, super happy with my buy.

I've got five Pretty Straps, and I seriously love them all! But, had a bit of an issue with one of them. Maddie from customer service was a lifesaver, though. She helped me sort everything out quickly. Gotta say, their customer service really stands out.

Bought a couple of bands

Bought a couple of bands from My Pretty Strap, but hit a snag ‘cause my wrists are tiny. One band didn’t fit even after removing all the links. Turns out only two of their bands are small enough. Reached out and Rica was super helpful, sorted everything out. Sent the band back and swapping it for a rose gold with pink quartz one – it’s adorable and you can take all the links out. Dropped a star though, wish they had more size options. Service was top-notch, just need more choices for small wrists.
