Diabolical customer service and I believe unlawful behaviour.
Had a failed delivery of an item last week it's probably been lost or stolen from the courier company they use.
After a few days of when it was supposed to be delivered Harts now want me to wait 10 days before requesting a refund.
Pretty outrageous and I've asked for this in writing and so far nothing.
PayPal resolution has been started.
The sign of a decent company is when things don't go to plan how they react and look after there customers, unfortunately Hart's have behaved disgraceful in this instance and my view are best avoided.
