The products are great and perform well. Shipping went smoothly, and I had no issues with communication. However, the website could use more detailed technical information on which valves are required for installing the units in horizontal versus vertical positions.

Absolutly great. Quick delivery, lovely item. Even when the delivery service lost one of the radiators, Hudson Reed quickly sent a new one just in time for my fitting day. Very happy with this company and their products.

I was able to speak with someone in a short amount of time (1-2 minutes). The person I spoke with was very polite and helpful! I guess what I'm trying to say is great customer service.

The radiators look really nice, but I didn’t notice
The radiators look really nice, but I didn’t notice anything on the site about how the plumbing is not the same in the US. I had talks with customer service a few times before buying and let them know I live in the US. Everything came together in the end, but my plumer had to do a bunch of extra work to get them set up.
