You can tell everything is carefully designed with high-quality materials, so it doesn’t feel like you’re getting ripped off. Our food even tastes better when we use the pan. We love it, and if we had extra cash, we would furnish our entire kitchen with everything from Our place.

The Always Pan is really good for cooking and cleaning, and I like that the accessories I bought fit well with it. My only issue is that I can't hang it on my pot rack! As someone with many years of cooking experience, I have a lot of pots and pans. This one works better than most, but I still love my cast iron. I don't have much storage space besides the pot rack, so I hope someone has ideas for that!

Since it’s a high quality product, it should have arrived in perfect shape, but instead it was badly scratched on several pieces. I reached out to the company with photos and they did offer a replacement, but I asked if I could get a discount instead because as a single mum with a child, I couldn’t be without cookware. Usually, cosmetic faults get at least 15% off for good quality items. They only gave me 10%. I also asked if they could give me a coupon to use in their store as a compromise, but they refused. With the shipping cost and everything else for a return, I don’t understand why they stuck to their position, and it feels like they knew I was stuck and couldn’t return it (since I told them) and they just wouldn’t budge. Not the best customer service...

While I still appreciate the overall quality of their products, such critical information should be transparent to prevent customer dissatisfaction and inconvenience.
