    I ordered a harness to facilitate carrying my pug up and downstairs. It has been almost 4 weeks; and still no delivery. They told me that their website says 18 - 25 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery!? Right now, the tracking information is that the product has been stalled in Miami (40 miles from where I live) for eleven days. I think this company is a scam.

    Trying to contact this company. No response. Ordered the cat comb and a drink fountain. They take your money but do not deliver. Advise stay well clear of this company. Probably an online scam. Learnt my lesson now. Buy straight from a reputable shop yourself.

    Ugh, what a mess! I was lured in by the promise of weekend appointments, but ended up waiting till Wednesday for a slot. My dog had an eye infection, and instead of something new, the online vet suggested the same treatment I was already using. Frustratingly, the antibiotics they prescribed took almost two weeks to arrive, and by then, my dog's eye was already better. Now, I'm stuck in a loop trying to cancel my account, and it's like shouting into a void. No response at all. It's really disappointing, and I wish I'd stuck with my regular vet. Seriously, save your money and avoid the hassle!
