Placed a very large order as unsure what items would work for me. Confirmation email said I would be notified when my order was shipped. After 10 days, I called to check on status. Apparently they were waiting on one item that was back ordered, expected next month. They have no system to send ‘partial’ orders, with back ordered item sent later. So my nearly $600 order was just waiting in queue. They offered to ship it within the next week (can’t expedite, plus add delivery time) which will be too late for our long-awaited celebratory vacation. Then I would also be responsible for return shipping and restocking fee. Customer service rep said “YOU should have called sooner” - how could I know to do that! This company has so deteriorated - had to cancel my order, and will do without on our special trip. They’ve lost my business for good!
