    Although Herroom offers rare sizes for bras and swimwear, my experience with them has been anything but positive. I purchased several swim tops in July to test out. When they arrived, two fit well but one did not. I returned the ill-fitting one, which was priced at $105. After six weeks, I checked my statements and saw that the return had been processed, but I hadn’t received a refund. I contacted them and was told that my return was rejected due to "self tanner," and I would need to pay $10 to have the item shipped back to me or they would keep my money. I never received any notification about this issue. I don’t use self-tanner or body makeup, so their claim made no sense. Their response was filled with confusing explanations about hygiene and privacy, labeling the issue as "unusual." However, seeing similar complaints from others suggests this is a recurring issue. I will dispute this charge with my credit card and will no longer shop with them. I always handle clothes carefully and have never encountered such a problem before.

    Really let down. I bought 3 bras from HerRoom. After trying them on, only 1 fit me. I followed the return steps, took photos, printed the return label, and sent them back in the SAME sealed package. They only refunded me for 1 and claimed they didn't get the other 1. They argue that nothing went wrong on their side. I've reached out to them 4 times without any solution. The date mentioned here is when I started the return process. Today is nearly 2 months later. I won't be buying from them again.

    I like HerRoom's big choice of bras.

    I like HerRoom's big choice of bras. I always find my size in somethin' I like. Each buy has gone smooth. Haven't had to talk to customer service yet. My stuff comes on time, sometimes free shipping. Everything I bought fits great. True to size. I'll keep shoppin' at HerRoom. They partner with Delta Skymiles, so I get miles too. I recommend HerRoom for lingerie.

    HeraRoom has the most comprehensiv info n search filters of any bra websit. They've helped me understand difrent kinds of bras n how they work so I kno what I like n what to look for. On top of all that, ther prices r competitiv as wel. Typically, the only bras I buy from othr sites r styles or colors HeraRoom doesn't carry.

    HerRoom has been my first choice for bras and lingerie for a long time.

    HerRoom has been my first choice for bras and lingerie for a long time. They offer a wide range of brands that are hard to find elsewhere and have many size options. The issue is with their customer service, especially when it comes to returns. The last few times I returned items, I had to follow up about 4 weeks after they were received at their warehouse before getting my refund. This shouldn’t be necessary. I’m done with this company now, as it shouldn’t take so long to process a refund to a credit card. I always keep my UPS return proof.

    This company is dishonest.

    They sent me a bra in the wrong size. When I told them, they gave me a return shipping lable. After I sent it back, they claimed it smelled like perfume and refused to give me a refund or replacement. The bra stayed in its bag the whole time I had it, except when I tried it on and saw it was too small. That’s less wear than in a fitting room. Now they want to keep both my money and the bra they sent me by mistake, leaving me with nothing.

    Their support team wasn't very helpful.

    Their support team wasn't very helpful. The agent on chat didn’t seem to care and acted like waiting over a month with no update is just how it goes. They kept saying it’s the maker’s fault, but you can still order the same thing online. Looks like they’re selling things they can’t deliver. Regret not looking at the feedbacks before beliving in them.

    Beyond disappointed

    Placed a very large order as unsure what items would work for me. Confirmation email said I would be notified when my order was shipped. After 10 days, I called to check on status. Apparently they were waiting on one item that was back ordered, expected next month. They have no system to send ‘partial’ orders, with back ordered item sent later. So my nearly $600 order was just waiting in queue. They offered to ship it within the next week (can’t expedite, plus add delivery time) which will be too late for our long-awaited celebratory vacation. Then I would also be responsible for return shipping and restocking fee. Customer service rep said “YOU should have called sooner” - how could I know to do that! This company has so deteriorated - had to cancel my order, and will do without on our special trip. They’ve lost my business for good!

    If you're looking to make a return

    If you're looking to make a return, you can easily get a label for around $7. However, if you want to exchange your items, it's a whole different story. Suddenly, you can't get a label anymore, and you have to pay and organize the return on your own, which can cost around $20! This discrepancy is nowhere to be found in their policies, and no help was offered when I inquired about how to get a label for an exchange. This is especially frustrating in the bra industry because finding the right sports bra on the first try can be a real challenge. Return and exchange policies should definitely be more transparent and accommodating.

    I've bought from herroom a few times with no problems, but my recent experience was really frustrating. They had a sale on Wacoal products in February. I ordered a bra and panties from Wacoal, both supposed to be on sale. But when I checked out, the discount wasn't applied. I emailed customer service, they said the items weren't on sale and apologized for any confusion. I sent screenshots showing the sale prices, but got no reply. I tried again after a week, still no response. I only lost around $30, but it feels like false advertising or really bad customer service. I think I'll stick to ordering from Nordstrom in the future.

    Horrible all around

    Would like to give them no stars. They tried to send my items to the wrong address and were mostly unresponsive when I emailed and called to rectify the matter. The items were returned to sender. I have been trying to get help with this for weeks. When I did connect with someone on chat, Windy/Wendy, she was rude and then she disconnected the chat. When I tried to get a transcript of the chat, and talk to a manager, she refused. I talked to Flora on the phone who was unprofessional, not accountable and irresponsible. I had ordered items about a month ago and still haven't received them.

    This company has some of the worst customer service agents I have dealt with. They are rude, interrupt you, and don’t listen carefully to what you need. I sent back an item that didn’t fit their refund or store credit rules. No issue there. But the rep said I must pay $10 to get the item shipped back to me, or they will donate it. So it’s okay to give away but not good enough for a refund? If I don’t pay, they keep both my money and the item. I won’t buy from this company again. There are many others that sell the same products with better support.

    Rude customer support. They refused part of my return saying it was dirty with pet hair and deodorant, but I had just showered before trying on the clothes. All items were treated the same way, yet only 2 out of 5 were called "dirty/unreturnable." I can either pay to send back bras that don’t fit and are low quality or donate them and lose my money. They held my shipment for nearly a month and didn’t honor a discount they emailed me. Overall bad service and you should expect some of your return to be rejected.

    I've shopped at HerRoom many times before.

    I've shopped at HerRoom many times before. Close to 2 months back I sent back a bra that didn't fit well and was shaped kinda wierd. The tracking shows they got it on June 7th. Since then, no word. I've messaged them 3 times but got nothing back. Now when I try again, I get a warning about "unusual activity from your IP address". So it looks like they're just not answering and blocking me. I could try calling, but I work when their support is open and I’d rather use email. I won’t be buying from them anymore.

    They took over 2 weeks to ship the bikini top I ordered, and it still didn’t arrive. Customer service gave me an automatic reply telling me to check my home and the post office. When I mentioned I had already done that, they insisted it was delivered and couldn’t help. I spoke with a manager and got the same run around. The customer service was terrible. I spent $50 and got nothing. Now, I’m dealing with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

    I never got my order because of a porch pirate, but here's how the company dealt with it. The agent told me that since it shows the order was delivered, I can't get a replacement for the bras or a refund! I had to wait a month just to hear this after their investigation with the carrier. It just shows that you need to be careful when buying from these online stores. Save yourself the hassle and shop at Macy's. They carry the same brands as this site and Dillards.

    Awful customer service and an unreasonable return policy. I had issues with the tightness of my purchased bras and sought an exchange.     I bought an underwire bra from this company, but it came totally bent out of shape. The wire couldn’t be fixed at all. It cost me $70. I got permission to return it and sent it back, but now they won’t give me a refund for no clear reason. They just won’t cooperate. They sent me a broken product. I wish I had checked more reviews first. This place feels like a scam.

    Stole my money

    Ordered the bras I always order. But no merchandise was sent. Have written them about my order. Now I just want my $79 back. They used to be a decent company I could count on. Not any more. Do not order from them! You will never see your merchandise NOR your money ever again. I cannot warn people enough.
